Ever since the pandemic began back in 2020, we have been doing our best to keep our fulfilment periods as short as possible. We had to be working on reduced capacity as part of our compliance with the protocols imposed by local health authorities. This would have let us practice social distancing in our fulfilment facilities (both owned and partnering ones) to keep our products and our personnel free from any viruses or infections.
We surely had many ups and downs as new virus strains appeared and made the local health authorities re-impose precautionary protocols and quarantines to encounter the spread of the new virus variant.
Here is our latest covid-19 update as of June 2021, we are thrilled to announce that we now have all of our own facilities as well as the ones we are partnering with running at their 100% capacity. This means that we currently process most orders in less than 48hrs (2 business days), but there is a catch!
Shipping companies are still faced with significant delays and, in most cases, are unable to guarantee on-time deliveries. Since we are not experts in shipping and postal services, we do not know to what extent they are right or wrong. We try our best to have the packages from our side prioritised, but as mentioned, there are no guarantees. Our current processing and shipping estimates as of 6th June 2021 are as follows:
Fulfilment (Picking, Printing and Packing)
The United States and Canada: 2-4 business days
Europe including the United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
Rest of the world: 2-7 business days
Shipping (Estimates from shipping companies)
The United States and Canada: 5-7 business days
Europe including the United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
Rest of the world: 15 business days
Please note that we have <NO> interventions in the shipping process and therefore have no controls over the existing delays. We are only letting you know about the latest updates that we regularly receive from our shipping carriers.
